No Difference In the Right Hand or Left

You are really part of the problem when you think there is a substantial difference between the right hand and left of this monstrous oligarchy which parades itself as a democracy.

No pressure in dealing with this ticking time bomb frantically manufactured and blindly assembled by the Senate?

Here amigos, you deal with it!
2,000 pages and 700 amendments - which wires to clip? Which will blow up the US?
I hope they let this self-serving, convoluted cluster-bomb sink into its own quagmire and self destruct.

Do you actually think that the "Mexicans" are not getting screwed too? When is the last time you had to sneak across a border in order to put food on your table?

Do you actually think that the "Mexicans" would come or stay here if they could have equivalent wages and services living and working at home with their families?
Do you actually think that the corrupt Mexican government does not have the resources to provide for their own?
Do you actually think that the corrupt elite who run both governments don't laugh all the way to the banco when they see posters like you who can't see them as the real culprits beneath their insidious scam?
Anger when used as a constructive means to a positive end is totally cool and necessary. With that said, being angry at other victims or the wrong targets of this decades long 1% charade fixes nothing while prolonging the abuse.
We should have a bi-national peaceful march and shut the border down for a few days. Let both governments suffer the loss of 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade. Let them suffer the world wide embarrassment and expose of how they both screw their own citizens and each others too.
Maybe that would bring them to their senses.

They Have The Mexican Undocumented and US Taxpayers Coming and Going

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/02/immigration-reform-aspen_n_3533068.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices&ir=Latino%20Voices

Illegal immigration is one major subject of the 2013 immigration reform bill.

Common sense dictates that the root cause of Illegal immigration ultimately is home-country poverty that pushes people into the US.

Immigration reform can't be separated from politics because the US and home-country governments simultaneously profit from the home-country poverty (that pushes the undocumented here), the undocumenteds' US labor and the inevitable, recurring US reform legislation (border security build-ups) that surfaces once they are here.

Anyone who thinks that Washington's current immigration reform ideas are not part of this insidious cycle is wrong.

For example take Mexico and the billions in remittances that the Mexican undocumented (comprising 60% of US undocumented) annually pump back into the Mexican economy:

How can this not be anything but a sweet deal for the Mexican elite?  They maintain an economy that is to their own selfish best interests (1.25 billon a day in cross border trade with the US) yet pushes their own poor north.  Their undocumented boost said elite's economy by sending billions in remittances back home every year.

Now educate yourselves about Clinton's 1994 NAFTA and how it actually contributed to not only poverty in Mexico, but our single largest influx of undocumented into the US ever.

Do you not find all of this just a bit confusing?  Washington on one hand creates economic agreements that push record amounts of undocumented into the US yet has the nerve to ask for billions more dollars in border security funding?

Look how the US State Department raves about Washington's relations with Mexico. http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

Seems to me that Washington and Mexico have both the undocumented and US taxpayers coming and going.

The following three articles should get you critically thinking about Washington's relationship with the Mexican elite.  I am ashamed to say that it is insidiously about profit from illegal labor and illegal drugs.

It is for all of the above reasons that I reject Washington's current comprehensive immigration reform bill.  Washington's has promised to stop illegal immigration before (Reagan's 1986 Amnesty, Clinton's 1994 NAFTA, and Bush's 2003 DHS),  and failed while exacerbating the problem too.   At this point in my life I now wonder if this was all done by design.

I have no reason to believe that this attempt will turn out differently than the others.  I have empathy for both the undocumented and US taxpayers.  They are the ones who suffer the most from this shameful cycle of abuse.

Federal Contractors Getting Ready to Cash In On Immigration Reform

In response:  http://thehill.com/blogs/regwatch/lobbying/308873-tech-defense-firms-eye-billions-in-immigration-contracts-

Just blinking great. Let's pour billions more into federally contracted industries which have proven to be ineffective in stopping people from sneaking into the country since Reagan's Amnesty of 1986.

In all the years that I worked as a US Border Patrol/INS/ICE Agent I never once got the impression that Washington was serious about stopping illegal immigration.
This is not unlike the bottomless black 1971 hole of Nixon's War on Drugs. In over 40 years We The People have paid one trillion dollars to other federal contractors "trying" to stop illegal drugs from being smuggled into the US.

Greed for profit runs both the legal and illegal sides of these lucrative industries. Meanwhile Washington plays both sides against the middle (class) resulting in nothing really changing except the increases of their cronies' profit margins.

It's Immigration Reform Porn Deja Vu All Over Again

In response:  http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/308763-jeb-bush-urges-house-republicans-to-vote-on-senate-immigration-bill

There has to be a "good immigration cop" party and a "bad immigration cop" party to get everyone so mad that they can't see what is really taking place beneath all of the uproar.
.
How else could this oligarchy (which pretends to be a democracy) actually sell Americans on immigration "reform" that simultaneously rapes the undocumented (by granting them 10 years of indentured servitude) and US taxpayers (for billons more towards their border security hoax)?

Meanwhile the Mexican elite will keep exporting their poor for the US elite to put to work, and US the Mexican undocumented will keep pumping billions more in remittances back into Mexico, and US taxpayers will keep paying the costs of this never-ending shameless scam.
Yogi, it's (immigration reform porn) deja vu all over again!

Washinton Politics

It is a slippery, slimy business that lends to painting oneself into a slippery, slimy corner.

The Washington - Mexican Illegal Immigration Merry-Go-Round

The Mexican elite "export" their poor and their own responsibilities for their own poor to the north in exchange for their poor's money flowing south as remittances.

Despite US immigration laws our elite obtain cheap undocumented labor and huge amounts of political/financial capital for their part in this unwritten deal.

American taxpayers "foot the bills" as they simultaneously end up paying billions into the undocumenteds' medical/educational costs and billions into the US border security "black hole" that never seems to be able to effectively stop those same undocumented. Also who can calculate the losses of jobs and unfair home town demographic changes that American taxpayers endure?

In America it has become politically mandatory and correct for Washington to vote for the self-serving, profiteering "reform" of their own designed-to-fail-for-profit illegal Mexican immigration Merry-Go-Round.

In America they try and convince "We The People" that we have a substantive choice between political parties who will fix this "problem". Unbeknownst to many Americans in fact the vast majority of our politicians all belong to the one and same oligarchy that parades itself as being democracy of and for "We The People".

Meanwhile decades pass as more and more Mexican people suffer from the bi-nationally, co-created NAFTA poverty that is necessary to keep this insidious trade-off spinning.

Today some 11 million undocumented will even sell their souls to the US elite for 10 years of labor and a chance at US citizenship.

Some even die trying to cross the border serviced by this "not so merry" Merry-Go-Round.

You see it is bi-nationally fueled by their insatiable greed which has made these two governments so dizzy that they have lost their moral compasses.

Designed to Fail Immigration Reform - This Is How It Works

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/30/nancy-pelosi-immigration_n_3525028.html

Dear Nancy,

Isn't this how it works?

Two neighboring countries governments' elite conspire together to export one's undocumented laborers in exchange for billions in remittances by those undocumented laborers?

American taxpayers are then simultaneously charged billions for the medical/educational costs for Mexico's exported undocumented, Amnesties, and a corporate-government border security black hole that doesn't do its job?

Then it becomes politically mandatory to vote for the self-serving, profiteering "reform" of their own designed-to-fail-for-profit illegal immigration system?

In America you try and make it look like "We The People" have a substantive choice between your party and theirs when the truth is you all belong the same oligarchy parading as a duopoly.

Isn't NAFTA a prime example how our government stole the taxpayers' cake and is eating it too?
