Federal Contractors Getting Ready to Cash In On Immigration Reform

In response:  http://thehill.com/blogs/regwatch/lobbying/308873-tech-defense-firms-eye-billions-in-immigration-contracts-

Just blinking great. Let's pour billions more into federally contracted industries which have proven to be ineffective in stopping people from sneaking into the country since Reagan's Amnesty of 1986.

In all the years that I worked as a US Border Patrol/INS/ICE Agent I never once got the impression that Washington was serious about stopping illegal immigration.
This is not unlike the bottomless black 1971 hole of Nixon's War on Drugs. In over 40 years We The People have paid one trillion dollars to other federal contractors "trying" to stop illegal drugs from being smuggled into the US.

Greed for profit runs both the legal and illegal sides of these lucrative industries. Meanwhile Washington plays both sides against the middle (class) resulting in nothing really changing except the increases of their cronies' profit margins.
