We Are Crazy To Believe That The Elite Who Run Washington Want to Stop Illegal Immigration

We Are Crazy To Believe That The Elite Who Run Washington Want to Stop Illegal Immigration

The devil will be in the Washington's details of border security billions and the years of labor the undocumented will be sentenced to before they can get green cards.

Gee, nothing of Washington's NAFTA, CAFTA, and the pending TPP which all will continue to  create the ideal conditions of poverty/illegal immigration/reform that the US and undocumenteds' home country elite continue to cash in on.

Meanwhile the undocumented will keep coming.  Some will die shameful deaths crossing the border which the bi-national elite (Mexico and the US) will continue to ignore.  US taxpayers will continue to suffer the losses of jobs, over crowded hospital emergency rooms and unfair demographic changes to their home towns.

We are crazy to believe that the US can stop hungry people from crossing the line.  We are even crazier to believe that the elite who run Washington really want to.

Washington's Insidious System Of Profit-Driven Illegal Immigration and Profit-Driven Immigration Reform

In response:

Washington's Insidious System Of Profit-Driven Illegal Immigration and Profit-Driven Immigration Reform

Oh the tangled immigration reform webs Washington profiteers weave.

Today's Washington (as it has done in the Reagan and Clinton past) is pitching America two "solutions" to illegal immigration:  secure the border and legalization (reformed amnesty) of their now 11.2 million undocumented.

Of course their comprehensive immigration reform will be padded with all of their immigration lobbyist's bribes.  For instance, America's Mark Zuckerberg's are nipping at the bit for more high tech H1-b visas in order to employee foreign workers instead of Americans.

Yet Washington primarily expects us to accept their sound bite solutions to this very complex issue of illegal immigration.   That acceptance or trust is their easy and expected way of trying lull us into  complacency.

Rather than listen to me blab, read how our own US Department of State describes Washington's relations with Mexico.  Pay particular attention to the facts of our shared 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade and Mexico being our number two source of oil.

http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

I stonily suggest that you read VP Biden's September 20, 2013 speech given to the Mexican economic elite in Mexico.  Pay particular attention to how Biden glorifies our present and future economic ties with Mexico and how Washington will bring the US undocumented "out of the shadows".  http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

I have to throw this one in there.  Do you know about the current ongoing US backed drug war in Mexico?  See how Harvard treats a Mexican president who used his corrupt Military to slaughter over 120,000 people in their attempt to wipe out rival cartel competition.

http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-harvard

Finally read these articles about NAFTA and how it exacerbated US illegal immigration.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html
http://www.npr.org/2014/01/01/258668414/how-nafta-helped-the-mexican-billionaires-club

Now look at today's Washington's Trans Pacific Partnership (NAFTA on steroids).
http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2014/01/09-7

You have to get this.  Washington is in cahoots with the undocumenteds' home country elite to continue and expand their insidious system of profit-driven illegal immigration and profit-driven immigration reform.

The undocumented and American taxpayers are paying the price of this travesty.

Obama Hides Washington's Illegal Immigration Goldmine Within Immigration Reform Economic Rhetoric

Obama Hides Washington's Illegal Immigration Goldmine Within Immigration Reform Economic Rhetoric

From Obama's SOTU speech: "Independent economists say immigration reform will grow our economy and shrink our deficits by almost $1 trillion in the next two decades".

No specifics;  just rhetoric about how "immigration reform" is economically wonderful  for America.

Which America Mr. Obama?  The America that had their jobs sent to Mexico because of Bill Clinton's NAFTA economics?  The America that suffered the largest influx of undocumented in American history after Clinton's promises that NAFTA would solve illegal immigration?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html

The America that struggles for health care as they are forced to stand in long hospital emergency room lines with the undocumented?  The America that has seen unfair changes to their home town demographics because of Amnesty and NAFTA were shoved down their throats?

Don't forget Reagan's promises of Amnesty and how the enforcement sections of that fiasco would solve illegal immigration too.

Take the time to read VP Biden's September 20, 2013 speech made in Mexico to the Mexican economic elite.  See how Biden raves to his counterparts about "our" illustrious economic future and how the US will bring the 11.2 million undocumented "out of the shadows".

http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

These Washington immigration reform profiteers again are trying to hide their insidious system of  profit-driven illegal immigration for labor and profit-driven immigration reform for border security billions within their lofty assertions of economic immigration reform.  Just as Reagan's 1986 Amnesty and Clinton's 1994 NAFTA did.

These Washington immigration reform profiteers will reward some 11.2 million undocumented with 13 years of labor in exchange for possible US citizenship.  (See Section 2101 of  S.744).   Meanwhile, what will it cost US taxpayers?  Just scroll down below to Section 6 "Comprehensive Reform Funding" (a)(2)(A) to see the initial $46.3 billion tax payer price tag.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

And the shining representative example of what "immigration reform" is really about read how an extra $200 million dollars is slated for Arizona Prosecutions (S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(i) referenced in 1104(a)(1) and  another $200 million more extra dollars for is slated for Arizona's and FEMA "Operation Stonegarden" (S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(ii) referenced in Section 1104(b).

My God read how our own US Department of State raves about "our" shared 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade with Mexico!  Do you know that Mexico is also our 2nd largest source of oil?  http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

Is it any wonder Washington creates and condones illegal immigration?

Washington has sold America's Soul to their NAFTA diablo trading partner to the south.  The bi-national elite enrich themselves off of undocumented labor and US taxpayer's hard earned "border security" tax dollars.

This is exactly what Obama or Boehner will not discuss because that is at the heart of what drives "immigration reform".

Meet the new Head of the DHS's Profitized Illegal Immigration Border Hunger Games

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/28/jeh-johnson-citizenship_n_4679359.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Meet the new Head of the DHS's Profitized Illegal Immigration Border Hunger Games
From one side of their mouths these Washington profiteering clowns want 46.3 billion tax payer dollars to "secure the border".

Look under the Senate's  S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act which the House will surely adopt:  Section 6 "Comprehensive Reform Funding" (a)(2)(A) to see the initial $46.3 billion

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

On the other hand they are not only rewarding but encouraging people to break our laws?
Beside the undocumented who play this game US taxpayers are the ones who actually suffer all of its costs and consequences.

This is Washington's newest twist to their insidious system of profitized illegal immigration and profitized immigration reform.   Only the strongest and most fit will be able to get across the border in order to sell their working souls to the US elite.

Jeh Johnson the blood of the future undocumented who die crossing our border because of your reprehensible, immoral border hunger games is on your hands.

Washington's Newest DHS Head Hack Comes Out Spinning Unprecedented Immigration Propaganda

From the HP article:  "Homeland Security Secretary Jeh (JAY) Johnson says he supports an earned path to citizenship for the millions of immigrants in the United States illegally, calling it a matter of national security".

I have heard it all now. The head of DHS (including ICE and the US Border Patrol) in effect saying Washington's insidiously corrupt system of profit-driven illegal immigration and immigration "reform" are matters of "national security".

How about the thousands who will continue to die crossing the border because of the poison carrot you continue to dangle in front of their poverty-stricken faces?

Yes - or if you prefer - Jes -  raping the undocumented for cheap labor and US taxpayers for border security billions and spinning it as "a matter of national security". How do these profiteers keep a straight face?

Absurd political pandering and immoral propaganda from Washington's newest hack.

Maybe the head of the FBI should start forgiving bank robbers because of the recession Washington's Wall Street crony bankster crooks created?

The Results Of Immigration Reform Won't Affect Our Politicians' High-Income Lifestyles - But They Will Ours

In Response:  http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/196449-prospects-bright-for-immigration-reform-carney-says

The Results Of Immigration Reform Won't Affect Our Politicians' High-Income Lifestyles - But They Will Ours

"A. Boehner has stated clearly that he will push forward a series of bills to fix our dysfunctional immigration system before this session is over."

The reason that the system is dysfunctional is because the elite who run Washington have created trade policies that have profitized poverty, illegal immigration, and the resulting ineffective "border security" reform that completes their insidious cycle.

The undocumented are raped for years of cheap labor while US citizens are raped for billions of tax dollars pumped into Washington's cronies' "border security" black hole.

Do any of these millionaire political hacks care if average Americans loose jobs to the undocumented or to foreign competition? How about competing with the undocumented for hospital emergency room services? How about having to deal with rapid, unfair demographic changes to those citizens' home towns?

Nope. All that is below our politicians' dignity and high-income, 1% lifestyles.

http://twopesos-protestfortheundocumented.blogspot.com/2014/01/the-results-of-immigration-reform-dont.html

Why Does Washington's Immigration Reform Ignore The Root Cause Precipitating And Necessitatiing Immigration Reform?

In response:  http://thehill.com/homenews/house/196427-the-gop-lawmakers-who-may-decide-fate-of-immigration-reform

Why Does Washington's Immigration Reform Ignore The Root Cause Precipitating and Necessitating Immigration Reform?

It must be a result of years mass illegal-immigration brainwashing.  Think of this:  Washington politicians only offer two immigration reform solutions concerning illegal immigration:  1) the convoluted legalization of 11.2 million undocumented and 2) increased ineffective "border security" with the initial price tag of 46.3 billion tax payers' dollars.

Check out the "Gang of 8's" S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act, Section 2101 for their Registered Provisional Immigrant legalization of the 11.2 million undocumented, and Section 6 "Comprehensive Reform Funding" (a)(2)(A) to see the initial $46.3 billion tax payer price tag.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

The House may be haggling over their own version of immigration reform, but you can bet you bottom immigration reform dollar that it will include the above.

I was talking to an acquaintance of mine the other day.  She told me that her Grandfather had illegal immigration figured out.  In her Grandfather's words "They come here because they are hungry".

Tell my why oh Washington Wise Ones that in all of your immigration rhetoric, propaganda, and reform discussions there is not one word mentioned about poverty or hunger being the root cause of illegal immigration?

This article about NAFTA should give a huge hint:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html

I tell you why while specifically pointing my finger at the US and Mexican bi-national elite.   The bi-national elite (super rich) who run both governments profit from poverty-driven illegal immigration.  They cash in on remittances, cheap labor, political influence, "border security" billions (See S.744 Sections 1102 & 1106), immigration prosecutions leading to immigration prison inmates (See S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(i) referenced in 1104(a)(1), and comprehensive immigration reform that benefits the likes of  Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg with thousands of more H1-b "high tech" visas that select foreign workers or Americans (see S.744 link above under Section 4101).

Wake up folks!  "Immigration Reform" is about Washington's enhancing their insidious system of profit-driven illegal immigration requiring profit-driven immigration reform.  The undocumented are lured here because of  bi-nationally created property while US taxpayers are stuck with suffering all related costs and consequences.

Washington's All Inclusive Corruption Of Immigration Reform And Illegal Immigration

In response:   http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/196431-pfeiffer-pledges-executive-action-from-Obama
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2014/01/new_dhs_secretary_says_illegals_earned_the_right_to_be_citizens.html
Washington's All Inclusive Corruption Of Immigration Reform And Illegal Immigration

When I say corruption I am referring to dishonesty and a lack of integrity.  When I say "all inclusive" I mean everyone involved.

The two largest immigration concerns of the majority of Americans and the supporters of immigration reform are respectively 1) illegal immigration and 2) the legalization of the 11.2 million undocumented present in the US.

I say the all politicians pushing Washington's current immigration reform agenda and all supporters for and against the same are corrupt (dishonest and lack integrity)  because they disregard and fail to address poverty as the root cause of what they say they want to reform.

The 11.2 million undocumented and their supports want legalization and US citizenship yet protest  nothing about not only the home country poverty that pushed them here but the continuing illegal migration, suffering and inevitable border deaths that exact same poverty will cause in spite of  their selfish reformed statuses.

I wonder why the undocumented and their supporters do not protest that Mexican illegal immigration is exacerbated by NAFTA related poverty and greed?  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html

Do they only care about themselves and not the cause of this continuous suffering that will effect millions more to come?

I say that without addressing poverty as the cause of their immigration reform these undocumented and their supports are just as selfish and greedy as the bi-national elite who coerced them into coming here to begin with.

As far as the Washington immigration reform profiteers how many of you have read the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act?  https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Don't fool yourselves.  The House will adopt many of the Senate's S.744 provisions.

Does anyone care if the undocumented will keep coming and keep dying?  Apparently not.  Just as long they get:

11.2 million Regional Provisional Immigrant statuses (S.744 Section 2102)
46.3 billion (initially) US CIR taxpayer dollars (S.744 Section 6 (a)(2)(A))
Blue Cards (S.744 Section 2211)
H-1b visas increased to 115,000 (S.744 Section 4101)
200 million for Arizona Prosecutions (S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(i) referenced in 1104(a)(1)
210 Tucson Arizona prosecutions a day (S.744 Section 1104 (a)(1)(A))
210 new Arizona CCA undocumented prisoner's a day (S.744 Section 1104 (a)(1)(A))
200 million more for Arizona's and FEMA "Operation Stonegarden" (S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(ii) referenced in Section 1104(b)
19,000 new US Border Patrol Agents (supporting staff, new stations, etc.) (S.744 Section 1102)
New DHS USBP drones, helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, boats, and horses (S.744 Section 1106)
National Guard Border Support (S.744 Section 1103)
Southwest Border Prosecutions Initiative (S.744 Section 1108)
Entering Private Lands and Warrantless Searches Of Vehicle Northern Border (S.744 Section 1116)
The Dream Act (S.744 Section 2103)
Merit Based Future Immigration (S.744 Section 2301)
Extension of Iraqi Special Immigrant Visa Program  (S.744 Section 2318)
Extension of Afghan Special Immigrant Visa Program  (S.744 Section 2319)
Establishment of US Citizenship Foundation (new voters?)  (S.744 Section 2531)
New Immigration Court Removal Personnel (S.744 Section 3501)
E-Verify?

Other pay offs or rip offs:
Hispanic votes
New dues paying members for all unions under the AFL-CIO
Continued billions in remittances going back to the undocumented home countries
increased church tithing

Washington's Immigration Reform is as corrupt as the bill is or will be long.

Right Mr. Bloomberg - The System Is Dumb Like An Immigration Reform Fox

Right Mr. Bloomberg - The System Is Dumb Like An Immigration Reform Fox

What's "dumb" about a system that guarantees a never-ending, expendable source of cheap, undocumented laborers for American corporations?

What's "dumb" about a system that simultaneously tears undocumented families apart for cheap labor and then "reforms" itself by trading US citizenship for 13 years more of labor peonage from the same undocumented families it tore apart to begin with?

What's "dumb" about a system that guarantees billions of dollars in annual remittances for the undocumenteds' home countries' economic elite?

What's "dumb" about a system whose politicians uses the illusion of "border security" in order to scam US taxpayers out of ever increasing billions pumped into Washington's cronies' ineffective border security industrial complex?

What's is dumb about a system that uses the elite's NAFTA to exacerbate the undocumenteds' home country poverty in order to ensure continual US illegal immigration north and remittances flowing south?

What's dumb about a system that the Mark Zuckerberg's of America profit from by hiring foreign high tech workers with  H1-b visas rather than US citizens?

The only thing "dumb" about our immigration system is that it has for decades now insidiously raped millions of undocumented for labor and millions of US citizens for billions in border security tax dollars.

Finally, anyone who believes that Washington's 2014 Comprehensive Immigration Reform will change what Washington's system of profit-driven illegal immigration and reform has done for decades is the dumbest of them all.

What Washington's Immigration Reform Insidiously Won't "Bring Out Of The Shadows"

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/23/chuck-schumer-immigration_n_4653784.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/01/23/Schumer-immigration-reform

What Washington's Immigration Reform Insidiously Won't "Bring Out Of The Shadows"

How silly.  Blame the Tea-Party for immigration reform not passing but don't talk about your bill that does not contain one sentence about addressing the reasons the undocumented come here.

Tell us Mr. Schumer why does your S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act AKA Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) fail to analyze the reasons for illegal immigration?

Readers before you kill me the messenger with your "what a stupid question" responses read through Schumer's and McCain's "war and peace" long bill and see if what I say is not true.  You might want to pay special attention to Section 6 CIR Funds ($46.3 billion dollars) and Sections 1104(a) McCain's 200 million in Arizona pork and 1104 (b) 200 million in FEMA pork.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

An analogy about Mexico's undocumented :  Washington wants billions of US tax dollars to stop "Mexican fires" YET they do not address why the "Mexican fires" start in the first place.  Could it be that they make so much money off of fighting or pretending to stop the "Mexican fires" that they really do not want to stop the "Mexican fires" to begin with?  By the way, could it be that those "Mexican fires" are so profitable as a source of US cheap labor and immigration reform fuel that the Washington actually helps fan those "Mexican fires"?

I will do something they don't do:  I will cut to the chase.

Back to Mexico where at least 50% our undocumented hail from.  Washington's own NAFTA not only exacerbates Mexican poverty but it exacerbates Mexican illegal immigration too.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html
http://www.npr.org/2014/01/01/258668414/how-nafta-helped-the-mexican-billionaires-club

I say the bi-national elite who run Washington and the Mexican government perpetuate Mexican poverty and illegal immigration because they benefit from the remittances sent back home and cheap US undocumented labor/immigration reform too.

In addition do you know that the bi-national US/Mexican, NAFTA elite share some 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade?  http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm  Don't gloss over the fact that Mexico is also our second largest source of oil.

One would think all of that trade profit might trickle down to the common people in Mexico so that they would not have to come here to work.  By the way, how many US jobs were outsourced to the new Mexican middle-class because of Clinton's NAFTA?

Sit down, grab a cup of coffee or a stiff drink and read VP Biden's  9/20/2013 speech made in Mexico to his Mexican economic elite counterparts:  http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

You have to let this sink in in order to understand the significance of Mexican illegal immigration to the US.  All Biden raves about is our bright economic future with Mexico and bringing the US undocumented "out of the shadows".

The put the icing on the cake, read this 2013 article describing how Mexican President Felipe Calderon escaped the same US backed Mexican Drug War that he started and was given awards and a fellowship at Harvard:

http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-Harvard

These are the insidious topics these profiteering Washington immigration reform politicians need to "bring out of the shadows".

Washington's Reprehensible Immigration "Reform" Will Not Solve The Actuality Of Illegal Immigration

In response:  http://www.sunherald.com/2014/01/23/5279249/latino-groups-to-launch-massive.html

Washington's Reprehensible Immigration "Reform" Will Not Solve The Actuality Of Illegal Immigration

Will more Latino voters translate to an end to Washington's self-righteous greed and man-made poverty that drive illegal immigration?  Or will those votes simply translate to the passing of immigration reform that creates a new sub-class of laborers (Registered Provisional Immigrants) who must perform 13 years of labor for Washington elite's in order to earn US citizenship?

As of yet I have not heard any immigration reform activists protest US/home-country trade policies i.e. NAFTA which exacerbate poverty as the root cause of illegal immigration.

It is as if once the undocumented cross the border their own selfishness takes over.  They seem to disregard why they came here to begin with.  In all fairness maybe they don't understand why.  Or maybe, unfortunately, they don't care?

Maybe they simply assimilate or become American (undocumented) exceptionalists well?

They are pushed here from their home-countries by their elite who care more about US trade and remittances than they do about the welfare of their own citizens. Eight thousand undocumented have died crossing the border since NAFTA's inception in 1994.  They are used by the US elite for cheap labor and immigration reform that has only institutionalized this entire insidious cycle.

As of yet I have not heard the undocumented or reform activists express any remorse for the adverse impact the undocumenteds' illegal immigration has upon average Americans.

Is it any wonder that the undocumented victims of Washington's insidious system of profitized illegal immigration and resulting reform who disregard the American victims of said undocumenteds' coerced actions become alienated and angry at the undocumented?

The undocumented victims, their supporters and American victims could unite as a common front against Washington's profit-driven illegal immigration for labor and immigration reform for billions of taxpayers' dollars pumped down Washigton's cronies' border security black hole.

This remains to be seen.  If history repeats itself this self-serving, unconsciously driven immigration reform will pass AND will not solve the very problem of illegal immigration that necessitated reform.

Americans will again believe that Washington's border and interior enforcement plans will solve the problem.  The 11.2 million undocumented will wave American flags and celebrate their own bribery and enslavement.  Washington and home-country elite who reap the monetary benefits of their insidious, never-ending, profitized cycle of illegal immigration will praise their puppet government's fine humanitarian accomplishments for the prosperity of all concerned.

Meanwhile - the border nightmare will become further militarized making it look like Mexico and the US are at war with each other instead of being two supposedly friendly, "democratic" trading partners.  Millions more undocumented will be economically and emotionally coerced into crossing our increasingly dangerous border.  US taxpayers will continue to suffer the costs and consequences of the undeniable wave of illegal immigration to come.

The blood of those who die crossing the border will be on hands of every politician, undocumented person and supporter of this insidious immigration reform.

Immigration "reform" that does contain a solution to its own actuality is despicably and immorally insane.

Immigration Reform:  Washington's Insidious Goal Is to Perpetuate Their System of Profit-Driven Illegal Immigration And Reform

Over one half of the undocumented who cross the border illegally (versus visa overstays) are Mexican.  Another 10% or more are from Central America.

Tell me.  Would the majority of these people come or stay in the US if they had a fair chance at prosperity living and working safely at home?

Tell me.  Why does Washington support NAFTA and CAFTA free trade policies that create poverty in the undocumenteds' home countries which exacerbate their illegal immigration to the US and the necessity for immigration "reform"?

Profitized illegal immigration (for cheap labor) and immigration reform (for billions in border security tax dollars) have become institutionalized in Washington.

Just like their 40+ year failed "war on drugs" their goal is not to solve the problem; their goal is to perpetuate it for profit.  Profit at the cost and suffering of not only the undocumented but US taxpayers too.

Take a look at the "Gang of 8's" funding requests for their S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act in Section 6 which the House will surely copy:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Pay particular attention for the Arizona pork loaded on Sections 1104(a) and (b).  Research the insidious natures of "Operation Streamline" and "Operation Stonegarden".   Immigration reform is all about money being made off the undocumented and US taxpayers.

The House Will Rubber Stamp John McCain's Immigration Reform Pork For Arizona

The House Will Rubber Stamp John McCain's Immigration Reform Pork For Arizona

The Senate's "Gang of 8" version of comprehensive immigration reform S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act was passed by the Senate on June 27, 2013.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744

Of course the House as of yet has not adopted this Senate's bill.

Meanwhile on December 3, 2013 Speaker of the House Boehner hired Senator John McCain's top tier immigration policy aide Rebecca Tallent.  I wonder why?

Hello House, here comes Johnny!

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/boehner-hires-rebecca-tallent-as-immigration-policy-aide

Back to S.744.  Any bets that the House's up and coming immigration reform bill will include border security funding that is similar the Senate's S.744? See Section 6 of S.744 for the initial asking taxpayer price of $46.3 billion dollars.

McCain's Arizona Pork - Will Ms. Tallent Succeed?

Back to S.744.  After Section 6, check out sections 1104 (a) and (b).  In a nutshell Section (a) beefs up all parties concerned by 200 million over 4 years in order to increase "Operation Streamline" border prosecutions up to 210 a day.  Please read about this insidious "Operation Streamline" that has been in effect since 2007.

http://www.law.berkeley.edu/6807.htm

http://www.dallasobserver.com/2010-10-21/news/operation-streamline-costs-taxpayers-millions-tramples-on-the-constitution-treats-immigrants-like-cattle-and-doesn-t-work-so-why-are-the-feds-so-committed-to-it/

You do the math.  $120 per undocumented person per a day times 210 prosecutions equals $25,200 tax payer dollars per day once the CCA jail is full.

Sure McCain wants to grant 11.2 million people RPI status IF he can cash in on 1104(a)!

Now to 1104(b) "Operation Stonegarden".  Another 200 million over 4 years to beef up the US Border Patrol and FEMA's stealth operations.  Read this article:

Immigration Reform: It's All About The Fighting Not The Fixing

Immigration Reform:  It's All About The Fighting Not The Fixing

The profiteers who create illegal immigration and its ensuing reforms depend upon people not understanding what is insidiously taking place beneath their immigration rhetoric.

http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/opinion/2013/07/201372142250284963.html

Those of you who spew about the undocumented without understanding Washington's role in this decades-long nightmare play right into their game.

The US and Mexican elite are very tight in their agenda:  create Mexican/US trade which exacerbates Mexican poverty which creates Mexican illegal immigration which creates a never ending source of remittances and cheap labor which creates a never ending need for immigration enforcement and reform.

Just look how Obama, Biden, and our US Department of State rave about their economic love affair with Mexico without addressing Mexico as our number one source of illegal drugs and undocumented people.

http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

This is not unlike our failed 40+ year long war on drugs (which of course has the Mexican connection too).  All of the money is in the fighting not the fixing.

Washington's Sordid Bait And Switch Immigration Reform Scandal

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/17/border-patrol-arrests_n_4619472.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Washington's Sordid Bait And Switch Immigration Reform Scandal

The bait:  bringing 11.2 million people "out of the shadows" in exchange for effective border enforcement.

The switch:  11.2 million people (future possible voters) put in 13 years of labor for citizenship peonage while charging US taxpayers 46.3 billion dollars for their never-ending illegal immigration for reform scam.

It's the NAFTA created poverty stupid.

In all of the years I worked as a US Border Patrol/INS/ICE agent, I knew something was very fishy about Washington's approach to illegal immigration.  I used to say that we (The US Border Patrol) were like a sieve;  we slowed people down but never really had the recourses to effectively stop them.

In my first year (1979) there was a scandal involving Castro and President Carter.  Apparently Carter agreed with Castro to transfer a certain number of political refugees from Cuba to the US.  Castro instead emptied out his worst prisons.  We in the US received some of the most hardened criminals in the world.  I remember reading a Reader's Digest article on the wave of murders committed by this group of Cubans.

Then there were obvious cases like the California I-5 traffic checkpoint at San Clemente automatically shutting down every Sunday  at 5PM because of public complaints about delay in traffic heading north.  Then there was the enormous amount of applicant fraud that Washington overlooked during Reagan's 1986 Amnesty.  http://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/23/washington/23amnesty.html?pagewanted=all&_r=1&

There were simple questions like why are we chasing people around at night like animals when we know for a fact that some of them are picking fruits and vegetables that Americans consume?

Fast-forward to NAFTA and Bill Clinton promising (again) a fix to illegal immigration. Besides exporting US jobs, NAFTA caused the "importation" of the single largest amount of undocumented into the US on record.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html

Twenty years later, what has NAFTA done for the US middle class and Mexico's poor?
http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2014/01/09-7

Yet look at how Vice President Biden and our US Department of State rave about our economic future with Mexico:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue
http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

You can't forget the US backed drug war in Mexico that has taken over 120,000 lives since 2006:
http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-Harvard

Now we have 2014 and Immigration Reform.   Study the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act in order to grasp what these profiteers are up to.

See Title II for how they will take 11.2 million people and offer them 13 years of labor peonage for a chance at US citizenship.  Section 6 for Funding and how US taxpayers will be initially raped for 46.3 billion dollars in border security boodle.  See Section 1102 for their insane doubling the size of the US Border Patrol.  See Section 1104 to see how Senator John McCain's Tucson Border Patrol Sector will get an extra 200 million over 4 years in order to ramrod groups of 210 undocumented a day through Federal court and the Corrections Corporation of America privatized immigration prisons.   Don't miss Section 1104(B) and the extra 200 million FEMA and the US Border Patrol get for "Operation Stonegarden".
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Economic policies like NAFTA which creates poverty, illegal immigration (for labor and remittances) and require reform involving billions of US taxpayers dollars have become insidiously institutionalized in Washington.  Drug and border deaths I say are simply the bi-national animal elite's costs of doing their bi-national immoral businesses.  So are the job losses to US citizens and the separation of the undocumented's families.

A Bi-National (US/Mexico) Disgrace

In response:  http://www.khou.com/news/texas-news/Mexicos-Congress-urges-US-to-faciliate-asylum-for-victims-of-violence-240385821.html

A Bi-National (US/Mexico) Disgrace

The bi-national US and Mexican governments are a disgrace.  In 2006 Washington conspired with Mexican President Felipe Calderon to start the ill-fated Mexican Drug War.  Over 120,000 deaths later, how did the US repay Mr. Calderon?  With none other than Harvard's First Angelopoulos (Clinton) Global Leader Award and lucrative fellowship http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-Harvard

Now the Mexican congress wants the US to facilitate violence-related asylum cases from Mexico?  Mexican citizens have been and continued to be murdered by the thousands because of this ill-fated US backed drug war, and now Americans will be asked to absorb asylum cases resulting from this bi-national insanity?

The US has been fighting its own failed drug war  for  over 40 years, yet in 2006 Mexico hops on board to start its "own"?

This drug war is a bi-national disgrace as is their bi-national system of profitized Mexican illegal immigration.

With 40+ Years Of The US War On Drugs - How Long Will Mexico's Go On?

With 40+ Years Of The US War On Drugs - How Long Will Mexico's Go On?

Washington supports the current Mexican Drug War despite the fact that Washington has been fighting and losing one of its own for over 40 years.  I wonder why?

Mexico's current Drug War officially started in 2006 under President Felipe Calderon.  100,000+ deaths later, where is Mr. Calderon today?  http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-harvard

Check out these speeches by VP Biden an President Obama.  They talk a lot about our mutual economies and immigration reform  yet they do not say one word about Mexico's US supported, ongoing drug war.  I wonder why?
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/05/10/remarks-president-comprehensive-immigration-reform-el-paso-texas

Do you really want to know what this drug war means to the bi-national elite?  Please read about John Ackerman http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_M._Ackerman
and then listen to this Real News Interview:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVdHn71kuDE

These two corrupt governments do not care about the undocumented, the addicted, the incarcerated, or the murdered.  They only care about cheap labor, remittances, illegal drug profits, money laundering, NAFTA trade and the "border security industrial complex's" tax payer funded profits that only benefit the bi-national elite.

Washington Refuses To Acknowledge The Drug War Violence In Mexico

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/10/mexico-vigilantes-protest_n_4576807.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Washington Refuses To Acknowledge The Drug War Violence In Mexico

I wonder why?  It must have something to do with public image and money.

Read VP Joe Biden's September 20, 2013 glorification of our economic relations with Mexico:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

Not one word about the US supported Mexican Drug War.

Read "Remarks by the President on Comprehensive Immigration Reform in El Paso, Texas May 2011"
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/05/10/remarks-president-comprehensive-immigration-reform-el-paso-texas

What an insult.  Speaking from Chamizal National Memorial El Paso, Texas directly facing Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, a stone's throw away, President Obama says nothing of the US backed Mexican Drug War that to date has cost over 120,000 lives in Mexico.

Look how our on US Department of State glorifies US relations with Mexico with no discussion of the actual drug war:
http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

The most egregiously revealing insult:  Harvard University's selection of Mexican Drug War/NAFTA President Felipe Calderon as their First Angelopoulos (Clinton) Global Leader Award in 2013:
http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-harvard

It is clear what the bi-national elite's priorities are.  It is clear that their priorities do not pertain to the decent, hard working people on either side of the border.

American Victims Of Profit-Driven Illegal Immigration Blaming The Undocumented Victims Of The Same

Click on the article above and read how some Americans respond to a Mesa Arizona church who held mass for the death of  undocumented people crossing the US/Mexican border at Arizona.

American victims brainwashed into blaming the undocumented victims so that the true perpetrators - the bi-national NAFTA elite and their crony politicians - laugh all the way to the bank.

They blame and mock the undocumented even in death.

We have indeed met the enemy Pogo as their bigotry is just as essential to continuing this system of profit-driven illegal immigration as the undocumenteds' labor is.

Border Walls Would Not Be Needed If The US - Mexico Economic "Playing Fields" Were Equal

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/15/why-immigrants-return-to-mexico_n_4601887.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Border Walls Would Not Be Needed If The US - Mexico Economic "Playing Fields" Were Equal

The push and pull of the undocumented are created by insidious government-made, economic "gravitational" forces.  As with nature's gravitational forces "pushing" water to seek its own level, manmade poverty and economical forces push undocumented people towards prosperity.

Their "high" home-country poverty is co-created by the US and home-country governments. We in the US  know which way the predominately Mexican undocumented will flow across our border.

The other half of the equation is the magnetic attraction of immigration reform.  Does reform and the  promise of eventual  "legalization" not lure or attract millions of undocumented people to come here too?

These forces of the bi-national, gravitational, poverty produced "pushes" and immigration magnetic reform "pulls" are of course all manmade.  And the people who create these conditions also profit from them too.

Another component to this inhumane scam entails the brainwashing of American voters.  Washington's propagandized "fix" to the undocumenteds' "gravitational pull" is the illusion of "border security".  Like trying to stop water flowing downhill, Americans have been led into believing that the cure to illegal immigration is the never-ending build up of our border "dam".

As for Reform 2014 - Washington will play upon the emotional theme of bringing the undocumented "out of the shadows" and quietly push for 46.3 billion dollars more to fix the border dam and stop these flowing people.  See Section 6 of the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Page after page of test yet they do not say one word about identifying the real problem (poverty) and addressing that problem at the source (Mexico or any of the other undocumenteds' home countries).

As if an obvious solution like a home country reservoir of prosperity would not solve our problem of illegal immigration.

Instead they have brainwashed us into believing that the undocumented are the cause of our problem of illegal immigration. Hence  the solution to stopping the problem is to keep them out by militarizing the border instead of working with their own governments to create home-county prosperity that would keep them home.

Remember these are manmade, economic, gravitational forces that can work either way.

NAFTA - How Washington Sold America's Soul To "El Diablo"

Even if the Mexican middle class did get a small NAFTA bone, where did that bone come from?  US workers' jobs transferred south?  And who else but American taxpayers have had to cough up millions of dollars as they continue to suffer the costs and consequences of NAFTA's increased Mexican illegal immigration?

I dare any of these Washington millionaires to take one of their loved ones to an over-crowded hospital emergency room - say in Sacramento, CA.  I wonder how many of Washington's elite have had to lose jobs to the undocumented?  Or who have suffered unfair, rapid but permanent NAFTA-related demographic changes to their small towns?

One could say that today's Washington's immigration reform is an large part due to Clinton's NAFTA.

Do you know that the Mexican and American NAFTA elite share some 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade?  Do you know that Mexico is our second largest supplier of oil?  Take a peek at how our own US Department of State raves about our "relations" with Mexico:
http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

And take peek at this gratuitous speech given by VP Biden on September 20, 2013 "Remarks by Vice President Joe Biden at the U.S.-Mexico High Level Economic Dialogue".  See how this speech reveals Washington's priorities with Mexico (which do not include the American Middle Class):
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

And please don't forget to see how good old Harvard University pampers ex-Mexican "100,00 Drug War Dead" President Felipe Calderon who was just granted a six month extension on his Harvard fellowship:
http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-harvard

And now Washington is attempting to clean up or gloss over their NAFTA illegal immigration mess by passing Comprehensive Immigration Reform?  Check out the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.  Clink down to Section 6 and see how they want an additional 46.3 billion US tax dollars for their border security corporate buddies. https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Yes Bill Clinton, you may have not had sex with that woman, but you sure NAFTA screwed America.

Washington's Immigration "Reform" Rapes US Taxpayer's For Money And The Undocumented For Labor

In Response: http://www.nationaljournal.com/congress/inside-boehner-s-election-year-immigration-strategy-20140114

Washington's Immigration "Reform" Rapes US Taxpayer's For Money And The Undocumented For Labor

The first thing Washington immigration reform politicians will tell us is that we must "secure the border" in order to fix illegal immigration.  In the same breath these political profiteers go right for America's emotional juggler with their "We must bring these 11.2 million undocumented 'out of the shadows'!

Wait a minute!  You promised us the end to illegal immigration with Reagan's 1986 Amnesty and Clinton's 1994 NAFTA.  Now with the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act you are asking "We The People" initially for $46.3 billion more "for border security"? Go to Section 6 "Comprehensive Immigration Reform Funds":  billion:  https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Granted S.744 was passed by the Senate but not by the House.  I think only a fool would believe that the House would not include a similar funding package, especially when on December 3, 2013 Speaker Boehner hires Senator McCain's top tier immigration policy aide Rebecca Tallent.
http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/boehner-hires-rebecca-tallent-as-immigration-policy-aide

Wait another gol darn minute!  Your own NAFTA actually execrated illegal immigration to the US while creating more bi-national billionaires?
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ellen-r-shaffer/immigration-is-a-nafta-pr_b_642484.html
http://www.npr.org/2014/01/01/258668414/how-nafta-helped-the-mexican-billionaires-club

You create the same insidious NAFTA poverty that pushes people here and now you want to soak us for more "reform" billions to clean up your mess? You guys are really banking on us being some kind of special stupid huh!

As far as "bringing people out of the shadows" see S.744's Sections 2101 and 2102.   Washington insidiously bribes 11.2 million undocumented with a US citizenship "carrot" in exchange for 13 years of Regional Provisional Immigrant (labor peonage) Status.  To the undocumented and their supporters - don't forget that the term provisional means "arranged or existing for the present, possibly to be changed later".

Do you hear those liars say one word about the 8,000 undocumented who have (since NAFTA) died crossing the US/Mexican border?  How about the 100,000 plus who have been slaughtered since Mexican President Felipe Calderon started Mexico's failed, US backed 2006 drug war?
http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-harvard

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!

Back to the link above for S.744.  Do you suppose Ms. Tallent will be pushing for S.744's Section 1104(a)?  Two hundred million (over 4 years) for McCain's Arizona Border Patrol Sector's "Operation Streamline" type border prosecutions?  Do the math:  210 prosecutions a day at $120 (tax payer dollars) per head per day for crony Corrections Corporation of America privatized immigration prisons.

http://www.dallasobserver.com/2010-10-21/news/operation-streamline-costs-taxpayers-millions-tramples-on-the-constitution-treats-immigrants-like-cattle-and-doesn-t-work-so-why-are-the-feds-so-committed-to-it/

And under S.744 1104(b) an additional $200 million tax payer dollars for some stealth FEMA/US Border Patrol program called "Operation Stonegarden"?
http://azstarnet.com/news/local/border/border-program-has-vague-goals-little-oversight/article_1d28018f-800d-5610-a34d-d8a430c14192.html

American taxpayers are not even on Washington's immigration reform radar screen but you can bet your bottom dollar - their money is.  In fact American taxpayers are thrown under Washington's immigration reform bus (again) because "securing the border" is a farce.  Mexico (one of our favorite NAFTA trading partners) would implode if the border was effectively sealed.  Unfortunately and due in a large part to their own faults, Americans are either not informed, very misinformed or simply make the costly mistake of trusting what Washington's immigration reform politicians say.

Wake up folks.  All parties interested in immigration reform are pushing for a fix that will really only satisfy their selfish needs.  Another great example:  under comprehensive immigration reform Facebook Billionaire Mark Zuckerberg comingles the undocumenteds' cause with his own true self-serving motive of increasing H-1b high tech visas for his own benefit.
http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2013-10-23/mark-zuckerberg-flexes-silicon-valleys-political-muscles-on-immigration

Yet no one pushing this current reform fix will actually address something that will solve illegal immigration - home country poverty.

Finally, peruse our US State Department's glorification of our "relations" with Mexico.  http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

Washington's Immigration Reform: It's For The Undocumenteds' Labor and The Taxpayers' Money Estupidos

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/07/obama-immigration-reform-2014_n_4553909.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices&ir=Latino%20Voices

Washington's Immigration Reform:  It's For The Undocumenteds' Labor and The Taxpayers' Money Estupidos

Have you read the Senate's S.744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act AKA Comprehensive Immigration Reform?  See Section 6 for money details:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Passed by the Senate but not by the House, you can bet your bottom dollar all of the funding for S.744 will be included in what ever "reform" the House does.  Why?  Because poverty caused by US economic policies drives illegal immigration for US profit and US reform.  Cheap labor and billions for Washington's corporate border security complex are really at the insidious bottom of immigration "reform".

Politicians want you to think that the Democrats are the immigration good guys and the Republicans are the immigration bad.  Yet when and if this "reform" shakes out, both sides really only care about cashing in on the unscrupulous scam.

If nothing else - read through Section 6 of S.744 and see where 46.3 billion dollars are going.  Read how they want to double the size of the US Border Patrol and add drones at taxpayers' expense.  Read about the Registered Provisional Immigrants and all of Washington profitable "triggers" that will have to be met before these 11.2 million people can even become "green card" holders.  All things equal the undocumenteds' best shot at possible  US citizenship will take 13 years of labor peonage.

Undocumented people and their supporters should be outraged  at Section 1104 (a) Border Crossing Prosecutions and 1104(a)(1)(3)(A) which increases the number of Arizona "Operation Streamline" prosecutions to 210 prosecutions per day and gives DHS 200 million dollars (over 4 years) to do so.  They should also be very concerned about Section 1104(a)(1)(3)(A)((b) Operation Stonegarden which is like "Safe Communities" on steroids. FEMA is involved, and this too will cost taxpayers 200 million dollars over 4 years.

Ultimately through all of the emotions, anger, rhetoric and propaganda, Washington's Immigration Reform is nothing more than the simultaneous, profitized illegal-immigration rape of the undocumented for labor and US taxpayers' for border security billions.  Washington's reform does nothing to address the insidious poverty that they co-created to ensure continual illegal immigration.

Why Americans Are Effectively Not Included In Immigration Reform

In response: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/22/kevin-mccarthy-immigration_n_4645358.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

http://www.npr.org/2014/01/06/260156332/reframing-the-immigration-conversation-for-2014?ft=1&f=1003&uidt=1389108098#commentBlock

Why Americans Are Effectively Not Included In Immigration Reform

I understand why Washington's conversation about immigration reform as it applies to illegal immigration does not include American citizens who are, as the undocumented are, adversely effected by it too.  *Do you?

As a retired US Border Patrol/INS/ICE agent I am very well aware of how poverty affects hungry people.  I know what it is like to chase people around at night like animals.  It is dehumanizing not only the undocumented, but to agents as well.  It is disgraceful to both the undocumenteds' nations and America.  I know from my personal experience that the vast majority of undocumented simply want to work and are desperate because they are not provided any chance of prosperity in their own home countries.

I also know that Clinton's NAFTA exacerbated the problem and caused the largest influx of undocumented people into the US on record.  This  impacted everyday US citizens' lives. Those citizens endured and continued to endure over-crowded hospital emergency rooms. school rooms,   losses of jobs to the undocumented and unfair, rapid demographic changes to many of their home towns.

The message in my mind is clear:  the undocumented as well as US taxpayers are pawns in a continuous game of poverty, illegal immigration, remittances and reform.

I think that this point needs to be brought to light by immigration activists.  The undocumented are being used by their home country governments and the US government.  In turn the undocumented are used to effectuate immigration "reform" that rapes US taxpayers out of billions of dollars.

As difficult as this subject is to address - it needs to be brought out in the open too.  Americans are victims of illegal immigration too.  They suffer the costs and consequences too.  This whole insidious system of profitized illegal immigration is unfair to them too.  On top of that the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act (see Section 6) will cost US taxpayers $46,300,000,000 dollars.
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Yet with all this talk of immigration reform - why are Americans discounted or considered irrelevant?  Do you have any idea of how angry and unfair that is to Americans?  It is like we are not part of the illegal immigration equation that expresses itself in every city in the US.

Immigration activists ignore us and our own government won't listen to us.  How can those truths possibly help solve this problem?

Just to set the record straight - I am not talking about American bigots, racists or nativists who simply hate immigrants or think that all undocumented "invaders" should be deported.  Those folks are a minority and they do not speak for the majority.

I am talking about the vast majority of Americans who are kind-hearted, generous and are simply tired of Washington's lies about effective control of the border.  They are tired of Washington's  insidious NAFTA/CAFTA/TPP corporatized economic policies.  The are tired of being used by Washington's deceitful system of profitized illegal immigration.

We have the right to be considered, heard and respected in immigration reform discussions.

I must say that immigration activists and supporters of the undocumented would have much better  support for immigration reform if Americans were acknowledged, included, respected and held in regard concerning shared immigration problems.

We are mutual victims and in order to avoid further alienation we should be acknowledged as such.

*Washington and home country immigration profiteers win as long as the victims of their illegal immigration scam remain ignorant.

In fact they depend upon not only the undocumented and their supporters' ignorance, but they depend upon US taxpayers' ignorance too.  Immigration activists are deluded into blaming one political party or another or bigoted Americans.  American voters are deluded into blaming one political party or another or the undocumented and their supporters.

Meanwhile years roll by - an amnesty here, Dream Act or reform there.  Do you know that since Clinton's 1994 NAFTA 8,000 undocumented people have died trying to cross our border?  Do you know that NAFTA caused the largest influx of undocumented into the US on record?  Do you know that Clinton started border militarization (Operation Gatekeeper) the same time NAFTA was started?

Do I have draw you a picture as to who is actually to blame for illegal immigration?  Do I have to  explain why Washington's current immigration reform is not intended to (and will not effectively) solve illegal immigration?   If this does not ring any bells, you are part of the problem, not a solution.

Mr. Seagal Please Investigate Arizona Senator John McCain's Immigration Reform Hypocrisy

In Response:  http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Hollywood/2014/01/05/Actor-Steven-Seagal-May-Run-For-AZ-Gov-To-Secure-Border#comment-1189388478

Mr. Seagal Please Investigate Arizona Senator John McCain's Immigration Reform Hypocrisy

Mr. Seagal please investigate Arizona Senator John McCain for his immoral, hypocritical (if not corrupt) influence upon the Senate's S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.

Senator McCain of course was influential as a leading member of the Senate's "Gang of 8's" writing and passing of S.744.  https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

1.  Under Title II, Immigrant Visas, Section 2102, Washington bribes 11.2 million undocumented people as "Registered Provisional Immigrants" with a chance at US citizenship in exchange for 13 years of peonage labor.

2.  Under Section 6 (a) (2) (A) Initial Funding Washington soaks US taxpayers out of $46,300,000,000 more for "border security".   Common sense dictates that no matter how many agents and drones Washington buys, they will never be able to effectively stop (even if they really wanted to) hungry people from crossing our southern border.

3.  Under Section 6 (a)(3) Use of Funds - (C) Program Implementation (i) $50,000,000 (a year for 4 years totaling $200 million) to carry out the activities referenced in section 1104(a)(1) Tucson Arizona border crossing prosecutions (enhancements of Operation Streamline) including, but not limited to hiring new judges, US Marshals, and detention officers needed to carry out McCain's mission.  See number 4 below:

4.  Under SEC. 1104(a) (1) (A) to increase the number of border crossing prosecutions in the Tucson Sector of the Southwest border region to up to 210 prosecutions per day.

In other words - ramrod 210 undocumented people through Federal Courts per day and stick them in crony Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) privatized immigration prisons at a price of $120.00 of tax payers' dollars per undocumented person per day.  Let's see:  210 times twenty working days in a month equals 4,200 people convicted.  Once the pump is primed, CCA would charge taxpayers 4,200 people times $120 a day equaling $504,000 a day.  Thirty days would be $15,120,000 (million), and twelve months would be $1,814,400, 000 (billion).

Please read about this Arizona Tucson Sector atrocity known "Operation Streamline": http://www.dallasobserver.com/2010-10-21/news/operation-stre

5.  Under Section 6 (a)(3) (C) (ii) $50,000,000 (a year for 4 years totaling $200 million) to carry out the activities referenced in section 1104(b) (FEMA Operation Stonegarden).  Yes -FEMA.  Please read this article exposing "Operation Stonegarden:

This is the kind of Arizona Governor's actions America needs!

Steven Seagal To The (Arizona Border) Rescue!

In response:  http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/governor-races/194473-seagal-considering-arizona-gov-bid

Steven Seagal To The (Arizona Border) Rescue!

Besides the absurdity of a racist like Seagal running for Arizona's governor (maybe Seagal, McCain and Arpaio can do a "Tres Amigos" remake?)  check out the numerous responses to this article.  Many Americans are pretty immigration unconscious.  They still think the problem is the undocumented.

Kind of like blaming poverty on poor people.

Go ahead.  Make this about the undocumented while Washington gets ready to rip you off for an additional $46.3 billion more for crony "border security".

Read Section 6 of the Senate's already passed S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act
https://www.govtrack.us/congre...

Section 6 (a) (2) (A) Initial Funding - $46,300,000,000. Then under (a) (3) Use of Funds - (C) Program Implementation (2)(B) shall be available during each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 as follows: (i) $50,000,000 to carry out the activities referenced in section 1104(a)(1) (Border Crossing Prosecutions enhancements - Operation Streamline Arizona Tucson Sector) and (ii) $50,000,000 to carry out the activities referenced in section 1104(b) (FEMA Operation Stonegarden)

So 50 million is actually 200 million (50 million per year for four years), right Senator McCain?

Read about "Operation Streamline": http://www.dallasobserver.com/...
Read about FEMA's "Operation Stonegarden": http://azstarnet.com/news/loca...

Senator McCain as part of the Immigration Reform "Gang of 8" helped write reform for 11.2 million undocumented people (13 years of labor peonage in exchange for possible US citizenship) while adding 200 million more in pork for Arizona?

Granted, the House has not passed this S.744. Bet your bottom dollar that the House's version will still include all of the border security monies.

Our government and the pro/anti reform shysters on both sides of the isle simultaneously use the undocumented for cheap labor and to brainwash voters out of billions more tax dollars for "border security" costs.
