So tell me again exactly whose fault it is that the Mexican undocumented illegally come to the US?

Who really commits the criminal act here - the bi-national governments or the undocumented?

The bi-national elite receive cheap labor and remittances by denying the undocumented prosperity at home.

Then Washington's border security complex profits by punishing them for illegally coming to the US (privatized prisons, increased border security funding, S.744's doubling the size of the US Border Patrol, Fencing, drones etc.).

Look at what our Senate has already passed:  S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.  Pay particular attention to Section 6 - CIR Funding.
