Why Does Washington's Immigration Reform Ignore The Root Cause Precipitating and Necessitating Immigration Reform?
It must be a result of years mass illegal-immigration brainwashing. Think of this: Washington politicians only offer two immigration reform solutions concerning illegal immigration: 1) the convoluted legalization of 11.2 million undocumented and 2) increased ineffective "border security" with the initial price tag of 46.3 billion tax payers' dollars.

They cash in on remittances, cheap labor, political influence, "border security" billions (See S.744 Sections 1102 & 1106), immigration prosecutions leading to immigration prison inmates (See S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(i) referenced in 1104(a)(1), and comprehensive immigration reform that benefits the likes of Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg with thousands of more H1-b "high tech" visas that select foreign workers or Americans (see S.744 link above under Section 4101).
Wake up folks! "Immigration Reform" is about Washington's enhancing their insidious system of profit-driven illegal immigration requiring profit-driven immigration reform. The undocumented are lured here because of bi-nationally created property while US taxpayers are stuck with suffering all related costs and consequences.
