43 Students Kidnapped and Presumed Murdered In Mexico: Mum's The Word In Washington

43 Students Kidnapped and Presumed Murdered In Mexico:  Mum's The Word In Washington

43 students missing and presumed murdered by Iguala police or cartel thugs. Tens of thousands murdered or missing since Calderon's 2006 US backed Mexican drug was started.

And Washington has very little or nothing to say about its corrupt, cartel-run, NAFTA trading partner to the south.

Could the Mexican economy survive without the billions of remittance dollars sent home each year? How about the billions of dollars in narco funds?

Could the US economy survive if Mexico's imploded?

Yep. Mum is the word in Washington.

Washington Co-Creates And Coddles Its NAFTA/Drug War Monstruo (Monster) To The South

In response: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/homero-aridjis/mexico-missing-students_b_6062000.html

Washington Co-Creates And Coddles Its NAFTA/Drug War Monstruo (Monster) To The South

Where is the outrage in Washington about the current and continuing violence in Mexico?  Why do US politicians ignore the fact that their own NAFTA and War on Drugs have caused the largest influx of undocumented to the US ever?

Come on folks, wake up.  Washington's uses its own insidious economic and drug war ties with Mexico like blinders.  Blinders that block out any normal reactions of common decency to the murderous insanity that is taking place in Mexico today.

Keep the blinders on and the profits rolling in.

Get your facts straight folks.  Read about Washington's tremendously significant economic ties with Mexico:
http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

Washington's NAFTA elite share 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade with Mexico's economic elite.  Mexico is our second largest source of oil also.

Read how US VP Biden kisses up to Mexico's s economic elite:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

Biden's (Washington's) silence is proof that either could care less about Mexico's narco-dead.  He also could care less about US taxpayers who suffer the costs and consequences of continued illegal immigration.  Why else would he promise the Mexican economic elite to bring some 11.2 million undocumented out of the shadows?

Read how the Harvard elite coddle ex-Mexican "130,000" Drug War Dead Calderon: http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-Harvard

By the way, the above article's statement of "70,000" murdered is outdated and inaccurate.
http://truth-out.org/news/item/13001-calderon-reign-ends-with-six-year-mexican-death-toll-near-120000

Yes.  They have created a monster.  A monster that murders and starves its own citizens.  A monster that forces its own citizens to enter the US illegally in order to survive.  A monster that capitalizes upon the illegal drugs it produces and sends north.   A monster that simultaneously feeds upon the dark money from the north and the blood of its own citizens it consumes.

And in despicable Washington the word about the atrocities in Mexico is - mum.

Focusing Upon Illegal Immigration Casualties - Not Its Causality

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/national-council-of-la-raza-/hanging-in-the-balance-th_b_6037146.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices&ir=Latino+Voices

Focusing Upon Illegal Immigration Casualties - Not Its Causality

This is the insidious game that Washington's Immigration Profiteers have created and immigration activists (pro and con)  have bought into - lock, stock, and barrel.

Decades of casualties.  Undocumented people forced to leave their homes and families in order to put food in their mouths.  Americans forced to absorb many of the medical/educational costs and unwelcomed demographic changes brought on by another countries' poor.  Innocent citizens from both America and the undocumenteds' home countries end up being abused and sometimes killed in the process.

And the cause?  Primarily it is poverty.

Yet do we ever hear Washington politicians or immigration activists debate the economic factors that cause poverty, illegal immigration and the decades of suffering?

Illegal immigration does and did not just happen in a vacuum.  It is an ongoing process that in fact has become a way of life on both sides of the border.

I would dare to say that it has become a multi-national economic institution:

NAFTA and CAFTA foreign trade policies create exclusive profit, disparities in wealth and poverty
US corporations profit off the backs of undocumented laborers
The undocumenteds' home economies benefit from undocumented remittances
US corporations profit off of billions of US tax dollars in border security boodle
US politicians profit off of the never-ending US illegal immigration argument
US taxpayers suffer the costs and consequences of never-ending illegal immigration while the undocumented and the bi-national elite reap its benefits

Stories as the one above are tragic and may sell papers;  they don't expose the cause of these tragedies.

In that respect is the Council of La Raza part of the problem or part of a real solution?

Americans Ignorantly Support Washington's Fallacious Illegal Immigration Narrative

In response:  http://thehill.com/regulation/administration/221918-napolitano-more-executive-action-on-immigration

Americans Ignorantly Support Washington's Fallacious Illegal Immigration Narrative

That includes those activists who demand that Washington "seal the border" and those activists who demand that Washington "stop all deportations".

That also includes all of you who demand that Washington pass immigration "reform" that fails to address the root cause of illegal immigration.

All of you are being played like suckers.

In case you have not realized this, Washington's economic greed always trumps any social injustices said greed produces or could produce.   Just consider our government's response to health care, education, food, energy, poverty, the environment, the economy and illegal wars for starters.

I say that you ignorantly support Washington's fallacious illegal immigration narrative because that is all the vast majority of you argue about (keep 'em all out or let 'em all in) while never really considering the economic reasons that Washington lets the problem persist.

I am not saying that the social injustices of illegal immigration are not important.  They are extremely important.  And if all that you argue about are the symptoms of illegal immigration (i.e. social injustices) and not the cause i.e. (poverty) you play right into Washington's insidious illegal immigration scam.

Keep 'em distracted.  Keep them frightened and upset.

Educate yourselves.  Illegal immigration is caused by our own government's foreign trade policies (i.e. NAFTA and CAFTA) and their 40+ year long failed drug war.  US corporations (i.e. agriculture, construction, foot processing, hotel-motel, fast-food) depend upon a never-ending supply of undocumented laborers.  The economies of Washington's corrupt, cartel-run trading elite depend upon the undocumented sending billions in remittances home annually.

http://www.politicalresearch.org/2014/10/11/globalization-and-nafta-caused-migration-from-mexico/#

Educate yourselves about our economic ties with Mexico.  Think oil and 1.25 billion dollars a day in cross border trade:
http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35749.htm

See how our economic elite coddles Mexico's:

http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-Harvard

And the billons of US tax dollars pumped down Washington's crony, ineffective border security complex?
http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidewalt/2013/07/01/immigration-reform-bill-is-a-bonanza-for-defense-contractors/

And for the "big picture" consider how US immigration policies are global:
http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/opinion/2013/07/201372142250284963.html

Your choice.  Get to the bottom of this or continue their fallacious illegal immigration narrative.

When Will Immigration Protesters Learn To Protest The Actual Cause Of Illegal Immigration?

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/23/illegal-petes-burrito-colorado_n_6036476.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

When Will Immigration Protesters Learn To Protest The Actual Cause Of Illegal Immigration?

"Illegal Pete's" is a chance for the "I" word to be used in a somewhat hip way.

Activists need to get over it and attack the real cause and motivation behind illegal immigration:  poverty created by the US and Mexican (Honduran, Guatemalan, El Salvadoran etc.) elite and profit from labor/remittances.

Yep.  Poverty-related illegal immigration created for the elite's profit with all the costs and consequences dumped upon US taxpayers and the undocumented themselves.

Protest that will you?

Fighting American Wars For A Green Card?

http://www.politico.com/story/2014/10/pentagon-immigration-112152.html?hp=l15

Fighting American Wars For A Green Card?

Despite US immigration laws and Washington's fallicious immigration narrative, undocumented people have harvested American crops and built American homes for many years.

Isn't it logical that Washington would try to find a way to have the undocumented fight and possibly die in American wars too?

Next thing you know Senator's Durbin and McCain will include mandatory military service as part of their border prosecutions program, "Operation Streamline".

http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/the_americas/under-operation-streamline-fast-track-proceedings-for-illegal-immigrants/2014/02/10/87529d24-919d-11e3-97d3-f7da321f6f33_story.html

You have to dig deep into the 1,200 pages of  "The Gang of 8's" S. 744: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act to understand what Washington's "immigration reform" is really about:
https://www.govtrack.us/congre...
Just scroll down to Section 6 "Comprehensive Reform Funding" (a)(2)(A) to see the initial $46.3 billion tax payer price tag.

And for extra corrupt Arizona pork, 200 million for Arizona Prosecutions (S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(i) referenced in 1104(a)(1), and 200 million more for Arizona's and FEMA "Operation Stonegarden" (S.744 Section 6 (a)(3)(C)(2)(B)(ii) referenced in Section 1104(b).

Their own twisted version of "Border Hunger Games"?

Shift Washington's Spoon-Fed Illegal Immigration Narrative To The Truth

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/21/newt-gingrich-border-_n_6023112.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Shift Washington's Spoon-Fed Illegal Immigration Narrative To The Truth

I ask readers to consider that our politicians' and Government's narratives about illegal immigration are designed only to give voters and all others debating immigration hope.  Hope that there is really a fix to this problem and that Washington is committed to solving it.

With that said and after working as a US Border Patrol/INS/ICE agent for 26 years and studying this subject and their "war on drugs" for another 9 years in retirement - I believe this:

Washington has no real intention of fixing illegal immigration because its corporate sponsors continue to rake in the most profit by Washington maintaining our broken illegal immigration status quo.

Illegal immigration is about profit.

Profit for those individuals or corporations who hire undocumented workers.  For example think of the US agricultural, food processing, hotel-motel, fast food, and construction industries.

Otherwise:

Billions of dollars for the Washington's border security and drug enforcement industries

Billions of dollars in remittances sent back to Washington's NAFTA/CAFTA trading elite's economies

Political gain by politicians who push their immigration agendas and political careers

Billions of dollars for US corporations using foreign workers instead of hiring Americans

NAFTA/CAFTA foreign trade policies that ship American jobs out of the country for cheap labor

We have all been sold a lie.  Illegal immigration is ultimately about using the undocumented for labor and US taxpayers for billions in border security boodle.

Notice how not one politician will discuss the possibility that our own Government's trade and drug war policies create poverty that exacerbate illegal immigration.  They also will not discuss in public how dependent our economy is upon that of their corrupt, cartel-run, poverty-producing NAFTA trading partner to the south.

Another Example Of Washington's Insidious Illegal Immigration Narrative and Bill of Goods

In response: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/20/border-crisis_n_5999012.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Another Example Of Washington's Insidious Illegal Immigration Narrative and Bill of Goods

Everyone involved in this immigration story has been sold an insidious bill of goods via  Washington's illegal immigration narrative.

This kid and his Honduran family (and millions like them) bought into the American dream by believing that coming al Norte would give this boy a better life.

The de Jong's bought into the dream that providing a home for a disadvantaged, undocumented  kid would work out best for all involved.

Americans who have had it with illegal immigration tout this case as an example of Washington   effectively enforcing immigration laws.  They also believe that further enforcement would - once and for all - stop the problem.

Immigration sympathizers see this case as another sad example of America's need for humane immigration reform.

As a retired US Border Patrol/INS/ICE agent who also once bought into Washington's Illegal Immigration ideologies, I see this case (and in particular people's reaction to it) as perfect examples of Washington's deceitful Illegal Immigration Narrative and Bill of Goods.

Not one Washington politician will dare consider that US illegal immigration is a direct result of Washington's own foreign trade and drug war policies.  Said policies increase poverty, violence,  disparities in wealth and illegal immigration from the undocumenteds' home counties.

Not one will admit that their largest corporate campaign donors either use undocumented labor or obtain billions of US tax dollars as part of the US border security drug and immigration enforcement industrial complexes.

Not one will admit that Mexico, one of our largest NAFTA trading partners, is dependent upon the billions of dollars in remittances and drug money sent south annually.

As sad as the story above is, it too simply reinforces Washington's illegal immigration "bill of goods" as it conveys yet another of the cancerous symptoms of the system rather than addressing the actual motives lurking behind it.

Yes, another example of Washington's Illegal Immigration Narrative and Bill of Goods.

Our Kleptocracy Parading As A Democracy Will "Fix" Immigration?

Our Kleptocracy Parading As A Democracy Will "Fix" Immigration?

We live in a kleptocracy parading as a democracy.  Part of their scam is to brainwash voters into believing that one side or the other will "fix" immigration.

Their system is actually running exactly as they planned it years ago:

millions of undocumented laborers exchanged for billions in remittances
billions in border security boodle for selected corporate elite
trade policies that widen the disparity in wealth in all countries involved
drug wars that produce billions for the cartels and drug enforcement agencies
a national political immigration narrative that hides the above
"terrorism" which not only distracts from but continues all of the above

We have to know what they are doing in order to have any chance of changing it.

Washington's Insidiously Inconsistent Border Narrative

Washington's Insidiously Inconsistent Border Narrative

One question DHS Secretary Johnson:  If the border is secure then why in June of 2013 did the Senate ask for 46. 3 billion more "border security" tax dollars under the S.744 Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act?

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s744/text

Just scroll down to Section 6 "Comprehensive Reform Funding" (a)(2)(A) to see the initial $46.3 billion tax payer price tag.

Who is lying here?  The Senate then or you now Mr. Johnson?

Washington's Illegal Immigration Narrative Falsely Gives Protestors Hope

In response:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/08/immigration-ice_n_5951970.html?&ir=Latino%20Voices&utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/oct/8/wh-immigration-reform-wont-be-casualty-election/?

Washington's Illegal Immigration Narrative Falsely Gives Protestors Hope

That includes all proposals for and against immigration  reform which are dictated by our Government's deceptive immigration narrative and regurgitated by its citizens.

Both sides are being played like fools.  Why?  Because these are the points Washington's immigration narrative does not address:

1.  US foreign trade policies that exacerbate poverty-caused illegal immigration

2.  US industries that profit from illegal labor

3.  US industries that continually profit from tax dollars being used for ineffective border/interior enforcement

4.  US trading partners whose economies require billions of dollars in undocumenteds' remittances

5.  US industries that profit from the incarceration and deportation of the undocumented

So go ahead protestors.  Play right into Washington's insidious immigration narrative that diverts your attention away from the actual causes of illegal immigration.   Common sense dictates that attacking the symptom of deportations as a means by which to fix this decades-old system will again   prove to be fruitless.  And those of you who think that increasing deportations and border security as a means by which to fix this problem also are misguided.

The problem of illegal immigration is not meant to be solved.  One has to educate his or her self to the actual underlying, insidious economic motives and the motives of the border enforcement industrial complex to maintain the failed status quo and keep the public in the dark.

Washington's system of profitized illegal immigration for labor and border security boodle are no different than its 40+  year long, one trillion dollar war against drugs.  All of their never-ending profits depend upon their continual "fight" -  not a real fix.

Those profits also depend upon voters and protestors buying into their cunning narrative that camouflages the actual causes of illegal immigration.

Drug War and Immigration Deaths - Collateral Damages And Costs of Doing The Business Of Economic Profit

Drug War and Immigration Deaths - Collateral Damages And Costs of Doing The Business Of Economic Profit

Read VP Biden's 2013 speech to the Mexican economic elite. http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/09/20/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-us-mexico-high-level-economic-dialogue

Notice how Harvard University caters to Mexico's "100,000 Drug War dead" ex-president Felipe Calderon: http://truth-out.org/opinion/item/14761-fleeing-his-own-war-on-drugs-felipe-calderon-finds-refuge-at-harvard

The decades-long war on drugs and the war on illegal immigration are insidious, institutionalized money makers for not only the US elite but the home country elite of the undocumented too. Therefore none of the governments involved will actually take responsibility for - or steps toward - effectively resolving the problems.

With that said, now that the majority of the undocumented come from countries in which Washington shares NAFTA/CAFTA "free trade" agreements with, bi-national economic profit has become more important than these collateral deaths these murderous "wars" cause.

How in God's name can Washington stand by and not only turn a blind eye to - but be a contributing factor to - this horrendous violence and death?

Illegal Immigration: A Profitable, Insidious Industry

In response: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/06/immigrant-detention-center-new-mexico_n_5939596.html?utm_hp_ref=latino-voices

Illegal Immigration: A Profitable, Insidious Industry

Illegal immigration is a profitable, insidious industry that primarily uses millions of undocumented for labor and millions of US tax taxpayers for billions in border and interior enforcement boodle. Articles like the above are part of the problem as they attack the symptoms of the system rather than the cause. That cause being NAFTA, CAFTA and drug wars that promote poverty and terror in the undocumenteds' home countries and US political practices that promote all of the above.
