Washington's Goose Lays Drug, Labor And Enforcement-Boodle, Golden Eggs
Despite US immigration laws, mega-US-industries such as those of agriculture, hotel-motel, food processing, and construction profit from the use of undocumented laborers.
I say this from my experience as a retired US Border Patrol/INS/ICE agent who worked in immigration enforcement for 26 years and studied related topics for another 10 years in retirement.
On the flip side of the illegal immigration-for-labor-profit side lies the billions of US tax dollars being hoarded for semi-effective border security.
Of course this scam has become oh so insidiously similar to Washington's 40+ year long failed Drug War.
One would not want to kill the goose that lays those golden drug, labor and enforcement boodle filled eggs now would one?
All of this back and forth and not one of you consider that our own government not only creates illegal immigration to ensure a never ending supply of cheap labor (for its crony corporations) but also to ensure billions of US tax dollars (for their ineffective border security cronies' pockets).
Consider our one trillion dollar, 40+ year long failed drug war and where the majority of drugs come from. Then consider where the majority of the undocumented come from. Then connect the dots.
We are being played like fools.
